I’m hoping someone can give me some advice. I run a woocommerce store and have until now kept all customer information on wordpress and excel sheets. I am looking for something to streamline my business but am getting confused by all the CRM and order management options/features and how they would integrate.
In a nutshell, I would like to have one platform where I can see the days orders, see all customer info including past orders, check inventory and email customers easily after viewing their orders. It is just me and one other employee who packs and ships orders who run everything.
